$50 is refundable if cancelled 2 weeks in advance. $50 is forfeited if booking is cancelled.

Full refund for named storms with direct threat to Holly Beach.
Pet policy: $50 nonrefundable pet fee. Max of 2 pets and 15 lbs.
Upon check-out:
Dishes should be washed and put up.
Wet towels should be left in bathtub.
Trash should be taken to the community dump on hwy 27, 1/2 mile north towards Sulphur. Trash remaining should be minimal and bagged for disposal.
We provide microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, cooking utensils, and charcoal grill for cooking. We provide all bedding, towels, and starter kit for paper towels, toilet paper, and paper plates. Extra should be brought to last your full stay.
