All trash goes into the dumpster at the front of the resort
No fireworks of any kind allowed including sparklers
Firearms and other dangerous weapons are not permitted on the property

-7-day rental and monthly rentals are available.
-Payment and deposit made through Zelle, cash app, or Venmo.
-Golf cart- available to rent for an additional charge. Agreement and deposit are separate. Must be 16 years or older with a drivers license. Apply parking brake and remove key when not in use. Do not use golf cart when under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Golf carts max seating must never be exceeded. Must be operated properly and responsibility at all times. Only to be driven on blacktop only.
-Cleaning fee of $175 applied to all stays. Taxes applied to all stays.
-Security deposit and reservation deposit of $250 for weekly $450 for monthly stays and refunded after your visit and the home is inspected. Refund can be through cash app, Venmo, Zelle or a check mailed.
- Cancellation policy- 14 days prior to your scheduled check in date for weekly stay and 45 days prior for monthly stays for full refund. If after there will be a cancellation fee.
-Check in and check out- early check in and late check out are available for an additional fee of $30 each.
-Must be 18 years or older to rent home
